The Good Atheist is definitely one of my favourite podcasts. Jacob Fortin runs a solid program both entertaining and informative. He currently averages two shows per week and they are a good mix of interviews and topic/news centered programs. Jacob brings in regular co-hosts Carisa Hendrix (Jacob's wife and world record fire breather), Ryan Harkness, and Jeffrey Jones who each add something a bit unique. Like I say, one of my favourites. His main site is full of additional news, opinion, art, and various interests not to mention links to even more. Jacob has also authored the book "Bible Stories" which amusingly recounts actual bible tales in the light of modern morals.
